Board (Management Committee)
The Townsville Touch Football Board is responsible for the overall governance, strategic direction, and financial management of the Association.
Elected by members in accordance with the Constitution, the Board ensures that Townsville Touch Football operates in line with its objectives, complies with all legal and regulatory obligations, and upholds the values of integrity, inclusiveness, and community.
The Board oversees all Association activities, including competitions, representative programs, referee and coach development, and facility management. It works closely with the Association’s appointed Coordinators, Technical Panel, and Sub-Committees to ensure consistent leadership and alignment across every level of the organisation.

Coordinators
Townsville Touch Football appoints a number of Coordinators to lead key operational and technical portfolios across the organisation. These roles provide specialised leadership and support to ensure the effective delivery of competitions, programs, and strategic initiatives.
Each Coordinator is responsible for managing their designated portfolio on behalf of the Association, working under the direction of the Townsville Touch Football Board or, where applicable, the Technical Panel. Some Coordinators also chair or lead a sub-committee within their portfolio to assist with governance and delivery of specific competitions or programs.
Together, these Coordinators play a key role in maintaining strong governance, consistent standards, and alignment across all areas of Townsville Touch Football’s operations.

Technical Panel
The Townsville Touch Football Technical Panel is responsible for providing leadership and direction across all technical portfolios of the sport — coaching, refereeing, and representative programs.
Chaired by the Technical Director, the panel oversees the development and implementation of frameworks that support players, coaches, and referees at every level of the game. It ensures that Townsville Touch Football maintains consistent standards, strong pathways, and alignment with the national frameworks set by Touch Football Australia (TFA).
The panel brings together the Representative Coordinator, Referee Coordinator, and Saints Head Coaches, who each lead their respective technical portfolios and work collectively to drive the technical direction of Townsville Touch Football. Together, they oversee the Saints representative program, referee development, and coach education to ensure strong standards and clear pathways across the sport.
