The highly anticipated event will take place from 15 to 17 August 2025 at Queens Park, with teams competing across four divisions: Competitive Mixed, Social Mixed, Masters Mixed, and All Abilities Mixed.
Entries are now open via the Townsville Touch Football website, with a strict limit of 30 teams for this year’s event.
Townsville Touch Football’s Trent Foley, one of the hard-working team behind the event, said strong interest is already being received.
“This tournament has always been a favourite on the calendar, and we’re excited to bring it back with a fresh structure and strong community focus,” Foley said.
“We’ve already had great interest from across Queensland and beyond, and with capped numbers, we’re encouraging teams to get in early before spots are gone.”
Prize money will be awarded to the winning teams in each division, with full Conditions of Entry and division eligibility criteria now available online.
“This year we’ve introduced some important changes to ensure the competition is inclusive, well-run, and player-focused,” Foley said.
“We’ve added an All Abilities Division, implemented a player points system for the Competitive Division, and strengthened our expectations around player behaviour and referee support.”
