Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with Article 18.1(b) of the Townsville Castle Hill Touch Association Inc. Constitution, notice is hereby given that the Association will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.

Date: Tuesday, 28 October 2025
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: TCHTA Clubhouse, 33A Paxton Street, North Ward, Townsville QLD 4810

In compliance with the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) and the Association’s Constitution, twenty-one (21) days’ notice is hereby provided to all Members of the Association, including but not limited to:

  • Brothers Touch Club Townsville Inc.
  • Crocs Touch Club Inc.
  • Frogs Touch Club Inc.
  • Jots-Tigers Touch Club Inc.
  • Redskins Touch Club Inc.
  • Rum Runners Touch Club Inc.
  • Sharks Sporting Club Townsville Inc.

The business of the meeting shall include:

  • Presentation of Annual Reports and Audited Financial Statements;
  • Election of Office Bearers and Coordinators for the ensuing year;
  • Consideration of Notice(s) of Motion;
  • Any other business properly brought before the meeting in accordance with the Constitution.
